In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection regulations, this page details how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data, what information is deleted, and what data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data through either of the following options:

• Option A: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
  Log into the DaivagyaG mobile application → Go to Profile / Settings → Tap Delete Account → Confirm your deletion request. Your account will be scheduled for deactivation and processing immediately.
• Option B: Submit a Request via Email
  Send an email from your registered email address to contact@divyavarta.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered phone number or account email address to verify ownership.

2. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Upon processing your account deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

• Your personal profile details (Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Profile Picture, Gender, Date of Birth).
• Your astrologer or user preferences, language settings, and primary/all skill categories.
• Your saved Kundli profiles, horoscope details, birth details, and matching records.
• Your chat and call history metadata linked to your user account.
• Your application session tokens, device identifiers, and notification subscriptions (OneSignal / FCM tokens).

3. Data Retained for Legal & Operational Reasons

To comply with applicable laws, financial regulations, and prevent fraudulent activity, certain limited data may be retained even after your account is deleted:

• Financial & Billing Records: Payment invoices, transaction histories, and tax audit records are retained for statutory retention periods as required by applicable tax laws (typically up to 7 years).
• Security & Anti-Fraud Logs: System audit trails and security logs necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized system access.
• Legal Obligations: Data required to satisfy court orders, government requests, or ongoing legal proceedings.

Note: All retained data is strictly archived, encrypted, and isolated from any active commercial or marketing use.

4. Processing Time & Impact of Deletion

• Acknowledgement: Email requests are acknowledged within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Completion Time: Deletion across active databases and backup servers is completed within 7 to 30 business days.
• Important Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will permanently lose access to your account history, wallet balances, purchased reports, and active subscriptions.
